cup vegetable oil

ripe banana

tbsp baking powder

tsp ground cinnamon

cup sugar

cup milk

cup rolled oats
cup fresh blueberries
egg
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2: In one bowl combine rolled oats, flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and sugar. 3: In another bowl, mash the ripe banana, then add milk, vegetable oil, and beaten egg. 4: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients along with frozen blueberries. 5: Stir until just combined. 6: Add to greased muffin tins (preferably larger tins that make six muffins) and top with cinnamon and sugar. 7: Bake for 20 minutes (or 15 minutes if using a 12 muffin tin).View original recipe
