Instructions
1: Mix plain greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning into a marinade. 2: Coat chicken thighs with the marinade and let them marinate in the fridge for about an hour. 3: Chop potatoes and broccoli into bite-sized pieces and season with avocado oil and ranch seasoning. 4: Add marinated chicken thighs and seasoned veggies to a sheet pan, adding a little more salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 5: Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes. 6: Finish under the broiler for 5-6 minutes or until chicken browns. 7: When serving, drizzle extra buffalo sauce on chicken thighs and top with fresh chopped parsley and black pepper. 8: Serve with extra greek yogurt ranch for dipping.View original recipe
