What you need
tbsp italian seasoning

tsp black pepper

tsp red pepper flake
lb ground beef

cup parmesan cheese

clove fresh garlic

tbsp soy sauce

cup fresh spinach

cup beef broth

cup orzo

tbsp heavy cream

oz canned diced tomatoes

Instructions
1. Dice 1/2 of a white onion and mince 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic. 2. In a large pot or dutch oven, heat 2-3 Tbsp olive oil over medium heat. 3. Add in 1 lb. ground beef. Break up with a spatula and cook for about three minutes. 4. Add in diced white onion and Italian seasoning and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the onion is fragrant. 5. Then add in minced garlic, 14 oz. diced canned tomatoes, 1-1.5 cups. beef broth, and 2 Tbsp soy sauce. 6. Pour in 1 cup of orzo and mix well. Cook for 8 minutes or until orzo is completely cooked. 7. Turn off the stove and add 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese, 2-3 Tbsp heavy cream, and season with red pepper flakes and black pepper. 8. Add in 4-5 cups of spinach. Cover and let it wilt. 9. Top with extra parmesan and red pepper flakes.View original recipe
