What you need

pepper

tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

cup cilantro

red onion

cup bread crumbs

clove garlic clove

lb ground chicken

cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
Combine 1 lb. Ground chicken, 1/2 a red onion (diced), 3 cloves garlic (minced), 1/3 cup minced cilantro, 4 oz. Canned hatch Chiles, 1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and 3/4 cup breadcrumbs. Roll into meatballs and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
