Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas

What you need

lb skirt steak

fl oz avocado oil

bunch cilantro

bell pepper

tortilla

cup yogurt

white onion
guacamole
Instructions
1. Thinly slice three bell peppers and one white onion and add to a bowl. Season with avocado oil and fajita seasoning. 2. Turn on broiler and place a sheet pan in the oven for 5 minutes until it’s hot. 3. Carefully remove the hot sheet pan and add the seasoned veggies. Place back under the broiler for five minutes. 4. While the veggies cook, slice skirt steak into strips (against the grain) and season with avocado oil and fajita seasoning. 5. After five minutes, take the veggies out and add the seasoned steak to the sheet pan. Place back under the broiler for 5-8 minutes. 6. Warm tortillas and build your fajitas with the cooked steak, veggies, guac, yogurt or sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice.View original recipe
