1: Chop 1/2 inch off of the top of the head of garlic. 2: Season with 1 Tbsp La Tourangelle olive oil. 3: Roast at 400°F for 40-50 minutes. 4: For the dip, combine 1/2 cup olive oil, 2-3 Tbsp balsamic, 1/3 cup grated parmesan, 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. 5: Spread roasted garlic onto bread and dip in the oil.
