Meal Prepped my favorite easy lunch for the week: Burger Bowls using all the ingredients I got in my Whole Foods Market haul.

Chop up 1-2 cups of romaine lettuce, 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, and 1/4 cup minced red onion. Dice about 1/3 cup bread and butter pickles. Set veggies aside. In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add 80/20 lean ground beef and cook through. Season with Whole Foods Market’s Seasoning Salt. Prepare frozen sweet potato fries in the air fryer according to package directions. To prepare burger bowl, layer veggies, lean ground beef, air fried sweet potato fries. Sprinkle with sharp cheddar and drizzle with burger sauce.
