1: Prepare sticky rice according to package directions. 2: Dice ahi tuna and add to a bowl with soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, rice vinegar, a squeeze of lime juice, garlic powder, cracked black pepper, minced green onion, and sesame seeds.
