Set aside. 3: In another large bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and instant coffee and mix. 4: Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients. 5: Add mini chocolate chips until just mixed in. 6: Add to a 9x5 baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
